At Crates of Las Vegas, we are committed to providing high-quality custom crates that meet your specific needs. Due to the nature of our business, each crate is custom-made to order, and as such, we have a specific return policy in place.
1. Custom Products:
All products are custom-built to your specifications. As such, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the design and production process has begun. We encourage you to carefully review and confirm all design details before finalizing your order.
2. Order Cancellations:
- Before Production: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order is canceled before production begins, we will provide a refund minus any design or consultation fees.
- After Production Has Begun: Once production has started, cancellations are not possible, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Damaged or Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that your custom crate arrives damaged or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications:
- Notification: You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Assessment: We will assess the issue and may request photos or further details.
- Resolution: If the crate is deemed defective or not as per the agreed design, we will offer to repair, replace, or provide a partial refund, depending on the situation.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom crates that meet the agreed-upon specifications.
- Any crate that has been used or damaged after delivery.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Report an Issue:

- Provide Details: Be prepared to provide your order number, photos of the product (if applicable), and a clear description of the problem.
6. Shipping Costs:
- If a return or repair is approved due to a defect or damage caused by us, Crates of Las Vegas will cover the shipping costs.
- For any other issues, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.
7. Final Sale Items:
All custom crates are considered final sale once delivered, with exceptions only for cases of damage or defects as described above.
